All the products are Developed indigeniously of our center Extended to around 2 areas of land at Sy no 151 Attna, Bellur Hobli Nagmangala Taluk. We manufacture all the products at the production center unit. Production center involves casting yards for different category of elements, storage Yard, curing ponds, material handling equipments, material testing laboratory,skill development and training center, vehicles, etc.

All the products manufactured are prefabricated RCC only as mentioned below.

Prefabricated RCC columns wih footings

  • All the footings are designed & manufactured for the SBC of soil accordingly.

  • The height of the columns will be as per the site requirement.

  • This components are handled & installed at site by the mobile cranes.

  • Erection of this columns at site requires half a day.

  • The columns are designed to take up light loads in case of compound walls, moderate loads to bear Ground Floor + First Floor in case of individual buildings.

  • Prefabricated columns reduces the cost of foundation upto 50%.

  • The components speeds up the construction time of foundation 4 times.

    • Prefabricated RCC beams

    RCC beams at plinth level ,lintel level & at roof levels will be designed & manufactured at the unit. Depending upon the plan of the structure & as per requirement we design & manufacture the sections. Beams will be designed for the specific use thereby avoids unnecessary quantity of concrete.

    Lintel cum chejjas

    Lintel & chejjas are the components where in the cost of concrete is less than the cost of centring at site, hence precast lintel chejja reduces the centering cost and time of construction from 3 days to 3 hours. Prefabricated RCC lintels can be used in case of Span upto 8′.0″.

    Prefabricated RCC Roofings components

  • These components Reduces the time of construction from 25 days to 2 days

  • Precast Roofings mainly avoid on site centering , barbending, concrecting & curing.

  • Next floor work can be started within 3 days .

  • Even sloped precast Roofings is also possible.

  • These Roofings are better suitable for inner roofs.

  • Entire Precast Roofings will be designed , Manufactured , handled & executed by our centre only.

    • Prefabricated RCC Compound Walls

  • Compound wall involves Precast RCC Pillar & walling panels.

  • According to the Height of the compound wall pillars will be designed technically.

  • Available up to 8′ -0″ height.

  • Very fast execution.

  • Very much cost effective in case of un even ground level.

  • Compounds can be shifted to another places.

    • Precast RCC Buildings

  • This Buildings will be standardized / Planned/designed by our center only.

  • Building foundation will completes by 3 to 4 days.

  • Building can be constructed upto roof level in the Span of 8 to 10 days (upto 200 sq m area).

  • Building can be constructed & completed (excluding finishing works like, floor tiles, painting etc) within the span of 30 days.

  • This building construction eliminates skilled workers at site.

  • This Building reduces labours problems.

  • All the construction will be undertaken by our centre.
