KRBC is one among the 69 rural building centres in the country. KRBC is functioning under the aegis of ministry of rural development govt of India (approved during 2000-2001) & is being promoted by govt of Karnataka in 2008. It is established in the year 1995 under KSR act 1960 & functioning under non-governmental institutional sector by providing cost-effective & environmental friendly construction services to the development programmes in rural areas of the state govt & also in the private sector of urban area.

It is a professionally managed as a technology transfer centre for promoting the cost effective, green building materials,innovative & alternative construction practices, renewable source of energy & waste management programmes in rural areas of Karnataka. KRBC is functioning under the technical guidance, advise & supervision of construction experienced professionals. KRBC has specialized in partial prefabricated RCC structures.

We are the team of civil engineering buildings entrepreneurs , social service oriented professionals established the organisations as per the guidelines of government of India to improve the buildings construction technologies, by involving rural unemployed youths for the reduction of cost of construction using environmental friendly & locally available buildings materials including providing as a opportunity & scope for the prefabricated RCC structure through entrepreneurship in the country.

Milestone achievements of KRBC since inception :

 

KRBC established in 1995.

KRBC got approval from the govt of India in 2000-2001.

KRBC developed the fully pledged production unit in 2008-2009.

KRBC got the approval from the govt of Karnataka in 2008.

KRBC recognized by the different zilla panchayaths & different departments during 2003-2014.

KRBC got approval under section 80 G of the income tax act in 2009.

KRBC has successfully completed the work of providing construction assistance & services to the rural Sanitation & housing, schools, Anganwadi buildings etc.

Provided rain water harvesting for  about 300 schools.

Completed the construction work of more than 900 anganwadi prefabricated buildings.

Completed the construction work of more than 300 school rooms in the rural area.

Executed prefabricated cost effective buildings for the individuals.

Completed the construction work of roads & drainages & other rural infrastructure works in more than 30 villages.

Executed the construction of toilets more than 1500 numbers.

KRBC successfully trained more than 1500 unemployed youths in building construction trade.
